Ice On The Go Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to ICE on the Go. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Products and Quality

We supply packaged ice for consumption and cooling purposes. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure hygiene and quality, ice should be handled and stored appropriately after collection.

3. Ordering and Payment

• Orders must be placed via our approved channels (e.g., WhatsApp, website, or direct contact).
• Full payment may be required upfront unless otherwise agreed.
• Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received.

4. Pricing

All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Confirmed orders will be honored at the agreed price.

5. Collection (Pickup Points)

• All orders are to be collected from designated pickup points.
• Collections are available Monday to Friday only.
• Customers are required to provide an estimated collection time when placing their order.
• Collection hours are strictly between 08:00 and 16:00.
• No collections will take place between 13:30 and 14:00.
• The provided estimated collection time is used for planning purposes and is not a guaranteed time slot.
• Customers are responsible for collecting their order within a reasonable time of their stated collection time.
• All orders must be collected within 2 (two) days of confirmation due to storage limitations.
• ICE on the Go reserves the right to forfeit or resell any orders not collected within this period.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of ice:

• No returns will be accepted once the product has been collected.
• Refunds will only be considered if the product is proven to be defective at the time of collection.

7. Storage Responsibility

Once the ice has been collected, the customer assumes full responsibility for proper storage. ICE on the Go is not liable for melting or product loss after handover.

8. Health and Consumption Disclaimer

While ICE on the Go uses filtered water and follows hygiene practices, we do not guarantee that our products are free from all contaminants or allergens.

ICE on the Go shall not be held liable for any allergic reactions, illness, or adverse effects resulting from the consumption or use of our ice. Customers consume and use the product at their own discretion.

9. Liability

ICE on the Go shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

10. Use of Product

Our ice is intended for general consumption and cooling purposes. Customers are responsible for ensuring suitability for their specific use.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

12. Water Source Disclaimer

ICE on the Go uses filtered water sourced from Oasis Water to produce our ice. While we take care to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards during production, we do not claim that the ice is purified or mineral water unless explicitly stated. Customers with specific health or water quality requirements should take this into consideration before use.
